In January I was 297, yes that's right was 297! I decided to change my life slowly and as of this morning im down 28lbs. If you don't want to do the math it means I now weigh 269. I know for a lot of Doms on here weight is an issue, and I totally understand preferences but wouldent you want someone who can set goals (mine are 8lbs a month) and actually follow through? Anyway it's a shame y'all don't want a work in progress, too bad because I'm a good sub. |
