I fully admit, this is pretty much a cut and paste of my Fet profile, but I'm in a bit of a hurry to play Mass Effect, so there. :P

My turn ons are  Obscure movie references, inside jokes, pirates AND ninjas, smiles, sarcasm, dry wit. Rope. People who have a vocabulary and aren't afraid to use it. Rope. Good food. Watching somebody ENJOY good food. On a related note, Megan Fox needs to eat a damn sandwich. I like rope. People that find police call boxes circa 1963 and bow ties sexy. Oh, and rope.

Things that turn me -off- include  Obsessively skinny people, because I want to be with someone I won't break in half. People who can't appreciate a good book because they're waiting for the movie. People who don't understand the need for a secret underground lair, or henchmen to man it. People who think Matt Smith is the third Doctor.

I would describe the way I dress as  I have been known to dress up just for the hell of it, but usually I tend toward Doc Martens, jeans, leather jackets, etc.

When it comes to politics  Pretty much liberal, I would say. I firmly believe in and support separation of church and state, as well as gay rights and marriage.

The worst (or best) lie i've ever told was... "Yes, I'm Penn Jilette." I even signed an autograph. I rock.

My superpowers are... Zen Judaism, the subtle art of guilt at a distance. The ability to identify a movie from 5 notes of theme music. The uncanny ability to mimic a velociraptor. I also do a mean Dale Gribble impersonation. I've been told that I sound eerily like Henry Rollins when I rant.

Still with me? Good! I've discovered that I'm a bit of a sadist. Okay, more than a bit. I enjoy causing pain, but not to the point of permanent damage. Some little part of me gets off on hearing somebody cry out, and knowing that it's also a scream of joy and It's due to me. That being said, I'm of the firm opinion that you hurt, not harm. I want to connect with my partner, not break them. To me, being a sadist is a privilege, not a right. I want my partner to enjoy the experience and want more, not regret it. As to that, anyone interested? :)

As far as current things go? Happily married goofball is a pretty apt deion. Just for clarification: My wife knows about this profile, we're poly, and she's good with it. Also, I am NOT hunting a unicorn. I work for a computer drafting company here in town, and play WAY too many boardgames than is considered healthy. I spend a ridiculous amount of time watching Doctor Who and reruns of Torchwood, as well as amazing Britcoms like Black Books and the Young Ones.
