know that I don't have a picture, I'm working on getting a few tasteful pictures up to start things off :) Well hey there, I'm new to this site and new to being back in the lifestyle. I want to jump in headfirst and go to all sorts of events, but my personality won't let me do that right away. I need to analyze things and meet a few people virtually before jumping into meeting people in person. I'm looking for friends in the lifestyle (I was involved with a few people in the lifestyle before, more on that later if you want) but fell away from it and now want to get back. I'll share a little about me, and then a little about what I am looking for in a dream situation. If you're interested, I would love to send a message and perhaps meet for coffee/a bite to eat. About me: I grew up in a small town in Colorado, where all of my family lived within 50 miles of one another. While in high school I realized that I wanted something new and exciting so I left the state and moved to Kansas for college! In college I found the perfect major and eventually got a job in Kansas City. During college I discovered BDSM via a friend with benefits and eventually it blossomed into a dominant/submissive relationship that lasted several years. During those years we grew as friends and lovers, but unfortunately our careers took in different directions. After graduating I moved to the big city (heh, anything over 10,000 people is a big city where I come from) I tried to suppress my submissive desires and live a vanilla life (I even looked at buying a house with a white picket fence at one time). After 5-6 years of vanilla relationships that started off fun and excited but fizzled out towards the end I reached out to my first dominant partner and asked her advice. She recommended to get involved with a local community and create a profile here. In between trying to find the elusive dominant unicorn and work I love to go with the flow and explore new things. I've always been into board games from ones that make you think to ones that you can play with a group and let loose, weird TV shows and conspiracy theories. I love to cook for people and try new foods, one of my guiltiest pleasures though is cheap Mexican food, bonus points if it comes from a food truck! I like to explore the city I live in and not take myself too seriously. I've got a lot of kink interests that I am sure will come up once we start talking. What I'm looking for: I don't think that I'm your garden variety submissive guy, I hope I'm unique. I'm looking what I would call a protector of sorts, someone who will allow me build trust together and give them control. I want to have someone in my life who is comfortable taking control in a loving, and nurturing way, I'm no looking for someone who is cruel or needs to be cruel to be in control. I do understand that with most relationships come punishments but I feel like a healthy relationship can exist with that being the exception rather than the norm. I'm looking for someone who wants to have a real relationship that is based on trust, personal attraction and affection toward one another. I don't expect to meet someone and be serving them immediately, I look to build a relationship and progress towards submission. I want to be able to worship the woman that I give control and complete trust to. Not sure if it is the most important thing, but it is absolutely critical, is I want to have someone that I can laugh and joke around with. Life is too short to be serious all of the time and if you're looking for someone to be stoic or mindless, then I'm probably not the right person for you. What next?
