It's not easy to quantify what you are looking for in something like this. Sometimes you don’t realize what you are missing until you find it with someone. But I definitely know what I’m not looking for.

In this new world of social networking we are surrounded by those that feel a simple tweet or post that accomplishes nothing more than virtue signaling somehow makes them less a hypocrite. Its very similar to our society in that the one who contribute the least, expect the most. The ones who contribute the most are much more pragmatic - they have work to do.
