4/20/2018 1:42:51 PM: called the sheriff's office and then got ahold of the lawyer to put things into gear, so sick of this b/s. and just like before she kissing my as$. when she tried to be nice and ask me to take her to town, I just looked at her calmly and stated, I told you I was done, accept it. When I say I am done, I do not go out of my way to help anyone. You burned your bridge with me, and I can not wait until you leave. So then she asks for a rake so she can go out and rake my lawn, duh. I am not helping you get to where you think you need to go, I did that last week, filled my car and took you to Mplr and didn't even get a thank you. My drs office called her today and told her they can't help her, I was hoping they would. She flips out just like flipping on a light switch, you never know what she is going to be like. I can't deal with that day after day.    So I took a break and made chocolate today. 

4/19/2018 7:46:50 PM: shit got real again today, I literally hate when someone yells and screams at me, she pulled the 'I will call 9-1-1 card' so I did call them, and hooked up with the State police and because I waited 2 days over 14 days they couldn't come take her out. But was informed that since she is a roommate in my home, the tenant law is a little different for me, and because I am a disabled elderly woman, those are labels I don't really like but if they will make this go faster, I will use them. What she has been doing to me, is considered elder abuse, there are laws against it.  And I got the info I wanted and in the morning I will contact the local sherriff's department and get some more questions answered and get this ball rolling. I really don't want to get my lawyer on the payroll yet, but will get everything going on my end. I am far from stupid as she thinks I am. She even blasted my other roommate, which I had to calm down, as she wanted to coldcock her. This psycho really has bi-polar I swear she can go from zero to 200 in less than a second then end up laughing immediately afterwards. That just isn't normal. I am done living in this chaos, she thinks I just let it blow over but I am not. When I asked if she had a place to go on the 3rd, she said yea maybe FL or NY, so all I said was well you really need more than a maybe and she just lost it on me, and started verbally assaulting me, and telling me she doesn't have to be out until the 4th, and kept screaming at me, I asked her calm down and it just got worse. then my other roommate stepped in and then it was aimed at her, it really wasn't pleasant but I am done she has thoroughly burned her bridge with me. Next is the sherriff, I have to write up a paper saying when she is to be out. And why. Then I have to wait until that day and if she doesn't leave then the court gets involved. 

4/17/2018 1:02:09 PM: Yes I am counting the days before she leaves, since I told her yesterday about my lawyer being brought into the picture, she has changed her attitude. Yes I know it can be an act because she sure is good at that. She asked to come in my room to talk, surprise right there and told me she wanted to cook dinner. I had to hold my self back from laughing, when I showed her I wasn't going to be bullied by her crap anymore, she backed down. I think she might have talked to her sister last night, and possibly she set her straight because she has no money and no place to go, and clearly her sister doesn't want her showing up on her doorstep.  People like that burn out family members really quickly, I know because I have a niece pretty much like her thinking she is entitled to everything and anything that isn't hers.   I was asked today but an individual if next time I pick a roommate if I am going to be more careful. Yes and no, I am going to do a complete background check. And there will be a thorough reference check. 

4/16/2018 2:18:50 PM: Seriously counting days before she is out of here. Today it started again with an argument, and telling me was going to sue me, I looked at her and said go ahead, but first you should know my lawyer told me you don't have a leg to stand on, she is a roommate only, doesn't rent an apartment or whatever, no lease nothing signed. So as he put it I could have her moved out asap and there isn't anything she could do about it. But considering who I am, I wouldn't put anyone out without a place to go or $$$ to move, so on the 3rd her disability should be on her card and even if it's  not she is leaving. And I have told her this,I did it by the law, so my butt would be covered.  She told me she has the right or as she put it the run of my house. ok, great I don't make dinner for her any more, and I don't set up the coffee maker. time to find out what I can be really like. she went out and got the mail,  and brought it in, and thinks everything is fine. oh my dear you have no clue. I was able to block her estranged b/f's number this morning, after I answered my own phone and he demanded to talk to her, um not the way to ask me. So I hung up and called my blocked numbers list. have a good day as&h*le. very sick of the rollercoaster.
