Attempted to fix the xbox 360 via thermal paste repair. Fail. Next I try the simplest of all: power adapter replacement. If that fails, I shall scream.

I did a pretty good job with the thermal paste, though. ^_^ The old stuff Microsoft had on there was CRAP and melted everywhere.

Really don't want to invest in a new one, but that may be what I have to end up doing. Xbox = fail.

The start to the new year was definitely rough... far rougher than I would have liked. That makes 4 years in a row of a shitty start to the new year. I think I'm going for a record here. ;)

However, things are slowly progressing forward. I don't consider what happened (&, no, you're not really privy to know unless you're a friend, and very few people on here ARE friends) a step backward. Everything is a step forward, even if it's a baby step.

Times ahead may be rough and hard, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. When all else fails, there's always hope. :)
