A Lady considers having a healthy diet, exercise, and regular visits to the dentist as "Live For" interests, not hard limits. A Lady doesn't seek a "sugar daddy" nor is She a "sugar Mama". A Lady is the most polite and pleasant person to be around in public, with family, friends  and in other vanilla venues.  She has Her male be the strong confident gentleman during those times as one of the ways he serves Her. A Lady is Feminine and strong and confident in Her Femininity, not whiny, needy, sour and miserable. In the simplest terms, You must be Your male's better, not merely claim to be.
